Sales and Shipping Policies
Our Products ~
All our candles are hand-poured and made to order, therefore, we cannot
accept changes or cancellations after 24 hours from when your order has
been placed.
We ship out products weekly, therefore, it is our goal to get your order
shipped to you as soon as we possibly can. However, since our candles
are made to order, orders can take up to 14 business days with anywhere
from 2-6 business days for shipping, depending on where you live, of course,
and may be longer for our AromaArt and hand-painted pieces from our various
collections. If at any time, you need a rush order, please let us know
at time of ordering and we will do our best to get you your order by the
date needed.
Our goal is to be sure that each customer, whether retail or wholesale,
is satisfied with our products, therefore we strive to make customer service
our utmost priority.
Our Guarantee ~
Our candles are guaranteed against manufacturers defects as well as circumstances
beyond our control which would include defective wicks burning improperly
or absence of scent throw during burning, and will be replaced or exchanged
accordingly, as we have a no refund policy due to candles being hand-poured
and made to order.
However, keep in mind that each scent and candle can burn differently
depending on the burning conditions, including atmosphere and size of
area. Also, each individual interprets scent differently, therefore, what
may be strong to one person may be light to another. If you have any questions
about any scent in particular before purchasing, please feel free to contact
us through email or contact our
customer service at (260) 668-4941 and we will be happy to discuss our
fragrances and products with you.
Also, if items are received damaged they will be replaced or exchanged
only, since as stated previously, we have a no refund policy due to each
candle being specially hand-poured and made to order. If you receive a
damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your
shipment, in order for us to be able to process your claim as quickly
as possible. You may be required to return or hold onto the damaged merchandise.
A replacement will be made after the claim has been processed, which is
generally within 24-48 hours of contacting us.
Once again, since our products are made to order we are unable to replace
or exchange a product if you personally dislike the fragrance, therefore,
to be safe, we recommend you first try a free
wax melt sample. In the "Special Requests" box during checkout
indicate the specific scent you wish to try. Another option is to try
our 5/Pack ScentiMelts Sampler in which
you can choose up to 5 scents per pack.

If you receive damaged goods, USPS Priority Mail requires that the products,
packaging material, and box the items were shipped in are taken to a local
branch for inspection after they have received the claim form. UPS also
requires you retain the damaged product and all packing materials including
box for their inspection of which they will notify you.
In addition, return authorization with explanation of damages is required
by contacting customer service at 260-668-3584 and we will instruct you
on how to return your products. Please note that any candles returned
without prior notification or authorization will be discarded.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any shipping charges involved
in returning a product. It is the customers responsibility to return the
items to AromaSoy by Grazia. It is recommended that you get shipping insurance
to ensure your returned item(s) are received by us so we can replace or
exchange your products accordingly.
RUSH SHIPPING CHARGES: Current shipping time on all
orders is 2-4 weeks. Please notify
me if you need an item rushed. There is a $5.00 charge per rushed
item.
SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS: As noted
in our shopping cart, shipping costs may at times need to be adjusted.
Normal flat shipping rates are based on shipping rates within the contiguous
United States. AromaSoy by Grazia reserves the right to adjust shipping
charges on international orders, on orders containing special promotions,
or other exceptional circumstances. It is our policy to contact customers
if shipping costs are significantly higher than the shipping indicated
at checkout.
We at AromaSoy by Grazia reserve the express right to change any of our
policies without notice if necessary, in order to protect our business.

Gift Certificates (Shop
for Gift Certificates)
- Gift certificates can be used for any purchase in our online store
with the exception of Katrina Relief Candles.
- Gift Certificates may be used to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
Customers are responsible for paying any shipping and handling charges
not covered be a gift certificate.
- Only one gift certificate can be used per order.
- If the order amounts to less than the value of the Gift Certificate,
the credit balance is forfeited.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates are valid for two years from time of purchase. Certificates
not redeemed by the expiration date are void.
- AromaSoy by Grazia reserves the right to change our Gift Certificate
Terms of Use without notice.
About Our Candles
All our products are guaranteed. If any of our products fail to perform
to customer satisfaction, we will gladly replace
or exchange the product.
Candles made with an all natural wax formula are healthier for you and for our
planet. In addition, we only utilize all natural, metal-free wicks, and richly
infuse our candles from beginning to end, with nothing but the highest, premium
quality oils. In addition, none of our products are ever tested on animals
or make use of any animal products.
Our hand poured soy candles are left uncolored to prevent adding additional
artificial chemicals in the form of colorants, to aid in keeping each richly
scented fragrance oil candle as pure as possible, considering the presence of
synthetic fragrance, as well as being a complement to every decor. No other
chemicals commonly used in candle making to enhance or maximize scent distribution,
appearance or burn performance is used, once again to maintain maximum purity.
Our candles offer strong, superior performance without any added performance
boosters, due to immense testing and selection of only the best performing fragrances
and wicks available.
